2022 Mr. Football in Michigan

Brady Drogosh led DLS to a 2nd consecutive D-2 State Championship. For his efforts this season State Champs honored Brady with the prestigious "Mr. Football" Award given to the best player in the state regardless of division. Brady signed with the University of Cincinnati on early signing day and is now enrolled early to prepare for spring ball with the Bearcats. Brady's career stats, leadership, service off the field, and championships will place him in the conversation for the Greatest QB in the History of Michigan HS Football.

2023 All-State Division 1
Andrew Schuster (Chippewa Valley HS) was named to the MHSFCA Division 1 All-State Team this season. Schuster earned All-Region, and All-County 1st team honors as well.
Schuster's senior season resulted in a MAC Red Championship, a District Championship, and Quarterfinals appearance. Schuster threw for 2,827 yards, 28 TDs, and completed 71% of his passes, which are all new school records at Chippewa Valley. He also rushed for 325 yards and 9 TDs. Andrew is committed to Grand Valley State.

QB Tommy Schuster Sets New MHSAA Record in State Championship Win
Chippewa Valley QB and TDQB trainee sets a new mark for perfection in the biggest game in Chippewa Valley history. Schuster completed 14 of 14 passes for 209 yards and 2 TDs in the Big Reds' title game victory over defending state champion Clarkston HS. Schuster is now the only QB in Michigan history to complete 100% of his passes in a State Championship game with more than 12 attempts. The victory completed a perfect season for the Big Reds 14-0 and their first Division 1 State Championship. Schuster will finish his career as the school's all-time leader in QB Wins, Passing Yards, Passing TDs, & Completion Percentage. Tommy now plays at The University of North Dakota.
